Two-color analysis of the expression of CD19 on mouse spleen B cells. C57BL/6 splenocytes were stained with PE Rat anti-mouse CD3e mAb 145-2C11 Cat. no. 553063 or 553064 and either Alexa Fluor 700 Rat IgG2a, k isotype control mAb R35-95 Cat. no. 557963, left panel or Alexa Fluor 700 Rat anti-Mouse CD19 mAb 1D3 right panel . Nonviable leukocytes were excluded from the analysis by staining with propidium iodide. Flow cytometry was performed on a BD LSR II flow cytometry system.
