Flow cytometric analysis of LDH expression in HeLa cells. Cells from the Human HeLa Cervical adenocarcinoma, ATCC CCL-2 cell line were fixed with BD Cytofix Fixation Buffer Cat. No. 554655 and permeabilized with BD Phosflow Perm Buffer III Cat. No. 558050 . The cells were then stained with Alexa Fluor 647 Rabbit IgG Isotype Control Cat. No. 569345; dashed line histogram or Alexa Fluor 647 Rabbit Anti-Human LDH antibody Cat. No. 570529; solid line histogram at 0.03 mug/test. The fluorescence histogram showing LDH expression or Ig Isotype control staining was derived from gated events with the forward and side light-scatter characteristics of intact cells.
