Multiparameter flow cytometric analysis of CD7 expression on Mouse splenic leukocytes and thymocytes. Panel 1: C57BL/6 Mouse splenocytes were preincubated with Purified Rat Anti-Mouse CD16/CD32 antibody Mouse BD Fc Block Cat. No. 553142 . The cells were stained with PE Hamster Anti-Mouse CD3e Cat No. 553064; Top Plots , FITC Mouse Anti-Mouse CD161b,c NK-1.1 Cat No. 553164; Bottom Plots and either Alexa Fluor 647 Rat IgG2a, kappa Isotype Control Cat. No. 557690; Left Plots or Alexa Fluor 647 Rat Anti-Mouse CD7 Cat. No. 572663/572664; Right Plots at 0.5 mug/test. DAPI Solution Cat. No. 564907 was added to cells right before analysis.
