Two-color analysis of the expression of CD19 on mouse spleen B cells. C57BL/6 splenocytes were stained with PE-conjugated anti-mouse CD3e mAb 145-2C11 Cat. No. 553063 and either APC-Cy7-conjugated rat IgG2akappa isotype control mAb R35-95 Cat. No. 552770, left panel or APC-Cy7-conjugated mAb1D3 right panel .
