Two-color analysis of the expression of CD19 on mouse spleen B cells. C57BL/6 splenocytes were stained with PE Hamster Anti-Mouse CD3e Cat. No. 553063/553064/561824 and either APC-Cy7 Rat IgG2a, kappa Isotype Control Cat. No. 552770, left panel or APC-Cy7 Rat Anti-Mouse CD19 Cat. No. 561737/557655, right panel . Non-viable leukocytes were excluded from the analysis by staining with Propidium Iodide Staining Solution Cat. No. 556463 . Flow cytometry was performed on a BD FACSVantage SE flow cytometry system.
