Flow cytometric analysis of CD140a PDGFRalpha expression on Human MG-63 cells. No. 554681; dotted line histogram or with APC Mouse Anti-Human CD140a PDGFRalpha antibody Cat. No. 568233/568234; solid line histogram . DAPI 4,6-Diamidino-2-Phenylindole, Dihydrochloride Solution Cat. No. 564907 was added to cells right before analysis. The histogram showing CD140a PDGFRalpha expression or Ig Isotype control staining was derived from gated events with the forward and side light-scatter characteristics of viable DAPI-negative MG-63 cells.
