Flow cytometric analysis of CD20 expression on human peripheral blood lymphocytes. Whole blood was stained with either APC Mouse IgG2b, kappa Isotype Control Cat. No. 555745; dashed line histogram or APC Mouse Anti-Human CD20 Cat. No. 559776/560900; solid line histogram . Erythrocytes were lysed with BD Pharm Lyse Lysing Buffer Cat. No. 555899 . Fluorescent histograms were derived from gated events with the side and forward light-scattering characteristics of viable lymphocytes.
