Multiparameter flow cytometric analysis of CD200 expression on human peripheral blood lymphocytes. Whole blood was stained with FITC Mouse Anti-Human CD3 antibody Cat. No. 555332/561806/561807 and either APC Mouse IgG1, kappa Isotype Control Cat. No. 554681; Left Plots or APC Mouse Anti-Human CD200 antibody Cat. No. 566893/566894; Right Plots . Erythrocytes were lysed with BD FACS Lysing Solution Cat. No. 349202 . Bivariate pseudocolor density plots showing the correlated expression of CD200 or Ig Isotype control staining versus side-light scatter SSC-A signals Top Plots or CD3 Bottom Plots were derived from gated events with the forward and side-light scatter characteristics of intact leucocyte populations or lymphocytes, respectively. Flow cytometry and data analysis were performed using a BD LSRFortessa Cell Analyzer System and FlowJo software.
