Flow cytometric analysis of CD25 expression on PHA-stimulated human peripheral blood lymphocytes. Phytohemagglutinin-stimulated 3 days PBMCs were stained with either APC Mouse Anti-Human CD25 Cat. No. 555434/561399/560987; solid line histogram or APC Mouse IgG1 kappa Isotype Control Cat. No. 555751; dashed line histogram . Fluorescent histograms were derived from gated events with the side and forward light-scattering characteristics of viable lymphocytes. Flow cytometry was carried out on a BD FACScan system.
