Description

Flow cytometric analysis of CD314 NKG2D expression on human peripheral blood lymphocytes. Whole blood was stained with either APC Mouse anti-Human CD314 NKG2D Cat. No.562064/558071 and PE Mouse Anti-Human CD56 Cat. No. 556647 . Erythrocytes were lysed with BD FACS Lysing Solution Cat. No. 349202 . The two color dot plot was derived from gated events with the side and forward light-scatter characteristics of viable lymphocytes.
