Description

Flow cytometric analysis of CD40 expression on human peripheral blood lymphocytes. Peripheral blood lymphocytes were stained with either APC Mouse IgG1 kappa Isotype Control Cat. No. 555751; dashed line histogram or APC Mouse Anti-Human CD40 Cat. No. 561848/555591; solid line histogram . Fluorescent histograms were derived from gated events with the side and forward light-scattering characteristics of viable lymphocytes. Flow cytometry was performed on a BD FACScan system.
