Flow cytometric analysis of CD45 expression on human peripheral blood lymphocytes. Human whole blood was stained with either APC Mouse IgG1, kappa Isotype Control Cat. No. 555751; dashed line histogram or APC Mouse Anti-Human CD45 antibody Cat. No. 555485/560973/561864; solid line histogram . The erythrocytes were lysed with BD FACS Lysing Solution Cat. No. 349202 . The fluorescence histograms were derived from events with the forward and side light-scatter characteristics of intact lymphocytes. Flow cytometry was performed on a BD FACScan system.
