Description

Flow cytometric analysis of CD57 expression on human peripheral blood lymphocytes. Whole blood was stained with APC Mouse Anti-Human CD57 Cat. No. 560845; solid line histogram or with an APC Mouse IgM, kappa Isotype Control Cat. No. 550883; dashed line histogram . The erythrocytes were lysed with Lysing Buffer Cat. No. 555899 . The fluorescence histograms were derived from gated events with the forward and side light-scattering characteristics of viable lymphocytes. Flow cytometry was performed on a BD LSR II.
