Description

Flow cytometric analysis of CD73 on human lymphocytes. Whole blood was stained with APC Mouse anti-Human CD73 Cat. No. 560847; solid line fluorescence histogram and compared with whole blood stained with APC Mouse IgG1, kappa Isotype Control Cat. No. 554681; used at a matching concentration; dashed line histogram . The erythrocytes were lysed with BD PharmLyse Lysing Buffer Cat. No. 555899 . Flow cytometric fluorescence histograms were derived from gated events with the forward and side light-scatter characteristics of viable lymphocytes.
