Flow cytometric analysis of CD8 expression human peripheral lymphocytes. Human whole blood was stained with either APC Mouse Anti-Human CD8 Cat. No. 561421/561952/561953; solid line histogram or APC Mouse IgG1, kappa Isotype Control Cat. No. 555751; dashed line histogram . Erythrocytes were lysed with BD Pharm Lyse Lysing Buffer Cat. No. 555899 . Fluorescent histograms were derived from gated events with forward and side light-scattering characteristics of viable lymphocytes. Flow cytometry was performed on a BD FACScan system.
