Flow cytometric analysis of CD86 expression on Daudi cell line. Daudi cells were stained with either APC Mouse Anti-Human CD86 Cat. No. 555660/560956; solid line histogram or APC Mouse IgG1 kappa Isotype Control Cat. No. 555751; dashed line histogram . Fluorescent histograms were derived from gated events with the side and forward light-scattering characteristics of viable cells. Flow cytometry was carried out on a BD FACScan system.
