Flow cytometric analysis of CD95 expression on human peripheral blood lymphocytes. Whole blood was stained with either APC Mouse IgG1, kappa Isotype Control Cat. No. 555751; dashed line histogram or APC Mouse Anti-Human CD95 Cat. No. 558814/561978; solid line histogram . Erythrocytes were lysed with BD Pharm Lyse Lysing Buffer Cat. No. 349202 .
