Description

Differential expression of CD45.2 on splenocytes from BALB/c and SJL mouse strains. Splenocytes from BALB/c solid line or SJL dashed line mice were stained with APC conjugated anti- mouse CD45.2 clone 104 and analyzed by flow cytometry. Flow cytometry was performed on a BD FACSCalibur instrument and the histograms were derived from the gated events based on light scattering characteristics of viable splenocytes.
