Flow cytometric analysis of alphabeta TCR expression in spleen and thymus. BALB/c splenocytes left panels were simultaneously stained with PE Rat Anti-Mouse CD4 Cat. No. 553048/553049 , PE Rat Anti-Mouse CD8a Cat. No. 553032/553033 , and either Biotin Hamster IgG2, lambda1 Isotype Control Cat. no. 553963; top left panel or Biotin Hamster Anti-Mouse TCR beta Chain Cat. No. 553168; bottom left panel monoclonal antibodies, followed by Avidin FITC Cat. No. 554057 . BALB/c thymocytes right panels were stained with either Biotin Hamster IgG2, lambda1 Isotype Control top right panel or Biotin Hamster Anti-Mouse TCR beta Chain bottom right panel , followed by Avidin FITC. The fluorescence histograms and contour plots were derived from gated events with the forward and side light-scattering characteristics of viable splenocytes and thymocytes.
