Flow cytometric analysis of CD152 expression on stimulated Human peripheral mononuclear cells. Peripheral blood mononuclear cells were stimulated with Concanavalin A for 3 days, then stained with either Biotin Mouse IgG2a, kappa Isotype Control Cat. No. 555572; dashed line histogram or Biotin Mouse Anti-Human CD152 Cat. No. 555852; solid line histogram , followed by PE Streptavidin Cat. No. 554061 . The fluorescence histograms were derived from gated events with the forward and side light-scattering characteristics of viable activated cells. Flow cytometry was performed on a BD FACScan system.
