Flow cytometric analysis of human CD16 expression on human peripheral blood cells . Human peripheral blood cells were stained with Biotin Mouse Anti-Human CD16 antibody Cat. No. 555405; solid line histogram or Biotin Mouse IgG1, kappa Isotype Control Cat. No. 555747; dashed line histogram ; both samples were then stained with PE Streptavidin Cat. No. 554061 . The erythrocytes were lysed with BD Pharm Lyse Lysing Buffer Cat. No. 555899 . The fluorescence histograms were derived from gated events with the forward and side light-scatter characteristics of viable lymphocytes.
