Multiparameter flow cytometric analysis of CD24 expression on Human peripheral blood leucocyte populations. Human whole blood was stained with APC Mouse Anti-Human CD19 antibody Cat. No. 555415; Top Plots and with either Biotin Mouse IgG2a, kappa Isotype Control Cat. No. 553455; Left Plots or Biotin Mouse Anti-Human CD24 antibody Cat. No. 567713; Right Plots at 1.0 mug/test. The cells were then counterstained with BD Horizon BV421 Streptavidin Cat. No. 563259 . Erythrocytes were lysed with BD FACS Lysing Solution Cat. No. 349202 . The bivariate pseudocolor density plots showing the correlated expression of CD24 or Ig Isotype control staining versus CD19 Top Plots or side-light scatter SSC-A signals Bottom Plots were derived from gated events with the forward and side-light scatter characteristics of intact leucocyte populations.
