Flow cytometric analysis of CD44 expression on human peripheral blood lymphocytes. Whole blood was stained with either Biotin Mouse Anti-Human CD44 Cat. No. 555477, solid line histogram or Biotin Mouse IgG2b Isotype Control Cat. No. 555741, dashed line histogram , followed by PE-Streptavidin Cat. No. 554061, both histograms . The erythrocytes were lysed with BD FACS Lysing Solution Cat. No. 349202 . Flow cytometry was performed on a BD FACScan Flow Cytometry System.
