Flow cytometric analysis of CD64 expression on human peripheral blood monocytes. Whole blood was stained with either Biotin Mouse Anti-Human CD64 Cat. No. 555526, solid line histogram or Biotin Mouse IgG1, kappa Isotype Control Cat. No. 555747, dashed line histogram . Secondary staining was carried out with PE Streptavidin Cat. No. 554061 , and erythrocytes were lysed with BD FACS Lysing Solution Cat. No. 349202 . Fluorescence histograms were derived from gated events with the side and forward-light scatter characteristics of viable monocytes. Flow cytometry was performed on a BD FACScan System.
