Flow cytometric analysis of CD86 expression on Daudi cells. Daudi cells were either stained with Biotin Mouse Anti-Human CD86 Cat. No. 555656; solid line histogram or Biotin Mouse IgG1 kappa Isotype Control Cat. No. 555747; dashed line histogram , followed by PE Streptavidin Cat. No. 554061 . Fluorescent histograms were derived from gated events with the side and forward light-scattering characteristics of viable cells. Flow cytometry was performed on a BD FACScan system.
