Flow cytometric analysis of CD86 expression on Daudi cell lines . Daudi cells were stained with either Biotin Mouse Anti-Human CD86 Cat. No. 555664; solid line histogram or Biotin Mouse IgG2b kappa Isotype Control Cat. No. 555741; dashed line histogram , followed by PE Streptavidin Cat. No. 554061 . Fluorescent histograms were derived from gated events with the forward and side light-scattering characteristics of viable cells. Flow cytometry was performed on a BD FACScan system.
