Description

Multicolor flow cytometric analysis of CD150 SLAM expression by adult mouse spleen cells. BALB/c spleen cells were preincubated with Purified Rat Anti-Mouse CD16/CD32 antibody Mouse BD Fc Block Cat. No. 553141/553142 . The cells were stained with BD Horizon BUV395 Rat Anti-Mouse CD45R/B220 Cat. No. 563793 and either Biotin Rat IgG2a, kappa Isotype Control Cat. No. 553928; Left Plot or Biotin Rat Anti-Mouse CD150 SLAM antibody Cat. No. 567659; Right Plot at 1 mug/test followed by PE Streptavidin Cat. No. 554061 . BD Via-Probe Cell Viability 7-AAD Solution Cat. No. 555815/555816 was added to cells right before analysis. A bivariate pseudocolor density plot showing CD150 SLAM expression or Ig Isotype control staining versus CD45R/B220 was derived from gated events with the forward and side-light scattering characteristics of viable 7-AAD-negative lymphocytes.
