Flow cytometric analysis of CD127 on human lysed whole blood. Human lysed whole blood was stained with the FITC Mouse Anti-Human CD127 antibody Cat. No. 560549, shaded histogram or with a FITC Mouse IgG1,kappa isotype control Cat. No. 555748, unshaded histogram . Erythrocytes were lysed with BD FACS Lysing Solution Cat. No. 349202 . Histograms were derived from gated events based on light scattering characteristics for lymphocytes. Flow cytometry was performed on a BD LSR II flow cytometry system.
