No. 560846; solid line fluorescence histogram or a FITC Mouse IgG1, kappa Isotype Control Cat. No. 554679 used at a matching concentration; dashed line histogram antibody. Flow cytometric fluorescence histograms were derived from gated events with the forward and side light-scatter characteristics of viable cells.
