Flow cytometric analysis of CD246 ALK , NPM-ALK expression by Human SU-DHL-1 cells. Cells from the Human SU-DHL-1 Large Cell Lymphoma, ATCC CRL-2955 cell line were fixed with BD Cytofix Fixation Buffer Cat. No. 554655 , washed with Stain Buffer FBS Cat. No. 554656 , and then permeabilized with BD Perm/Wash Buffer Cat. No. 554723 . The cells were then stained suspended in BD Perm/Wash Buffer with either FITC Mouse IgG3, kappa Isotype Control Cat. No. 555578; dashed line histogram or FITC Mouse Anti-Human CD246 ALK , NPM-ALK antibody Cat. No. 570778/570856; solid line histogram .
