Flow cytometric analysis of CD40 expression on Rhesus macaque Macaca mulatta peripheral blood lymphocytes. Peripheral blood lymphocytes were stained with either FITC Mouse IgG1, kappa Isotype Control Cat. No. 556649; dashed line histogram or FITC Mouse Anti-Human CD40 Cat. No. 556624/555588/561847; solid line histogram . Fluorescent histograms were derived from gated events with the side and forward light-scattering events of viable cells.
