Description

Flow cytometric analysis of CD70 expression on stimulated human peripheral blood mononuclear cells. Human PBMCs were stimulated with CD3 and CD28 for 7 days, then stained with either FITC Mouse Anti-Human CD70 Cat. No. 555834; solid line histogram or FITC Mouse IgG3, kappa Isotype Control Cat. No. 555578; dashed line histogram . Fluorescent histograms were derived from gated events with the side and forward light-scattering characteristics of viable cells.
