Flow cytometric analysis of CD8 expression on peripheral blood lymphocytes. Whole blood was stained with either FITC Mouse IgG2a, kappa Isotype Control Cat. No. 555573; dashed line histogram or FITC Mouse Anti-Human CD8 Cat. No. 551347; solid line histogram . Erythrocytes were lysed with Lysing Buffer Cat. No. 555899 .The fluorescence histogram was derived from gated events with the forward and side light-scattering characteristics of viable cells.
