Flow cytometric analysis of CD8alpha expression on human peripheral blood lymphocytes. Human whole blood was stained with FITC Mouse Anti-Human CD8 Cat. No. 555366/561947/557085/561948; solid line histogram or with FITC Mouse IgG1 kappa Isotype Control Cat. No. 555748; dashed line histogram . Erythrocytes were lysed with BD Pharm Lyse Lysing Buffer Cat. No. 555899 . The fluorescence histograms were derived from events with the forward and side light-scatter characteristics of viable lymphocytes. Flow cytometry was carried out on a BD FACScan system.
