Flow cytometric analysis of CD9 expression on human peripheral blood platelets. Platelets stained with either FITC Mouse Anti-Human CD9 Cat. No. 555371; solid line histogram or FITC Mouse IgG1, kappa Isotype Control Cat. No. 555748; dashed line histogram . Fluorescent histograms were derived from gated events with the forward and light-scattering characteristics of viable platelets. Flow cytometry was carried out on a BD FACSCan system.
