Flow cytometric analysis of HLA-A2 on human peripheral blood lymphocytes from a HLA-A2-positive donor. Human whole blood from a HLA-A2-positive donor was stained with either FITC Mouse Anti-Human HLA-A2 Cat. No. 561107/551285; solid line histogram or FITC Mouse IgG2b, kappa Isotype Control Cat. No. 555057; dashed line histogram . The erythrocytes were lysed with BD PharmLyse Lysing Buffer Cat. No. 555899 . The fluorescent histograms were derived from gated events with the forward and side light-scatter characteristics of viable lymphocytes.
