Flow cytometric analysis of Syk. Raji cells 1 x 10e6 cells/ml were fixed and permeabilized using BD Cytofix/Cytoperm 30 minutes at room temperature . Cells were then stained 1 mug/ml for 1 hr at RT with either a FITC-conjugated mouse Syk antibody Cat. No. 552476 or a FITC conjugated mouse isotype control.
