Analysis of TRA-1-60 Antigen in H9 cells. H9 human embryonic stem ES cells were stained with either FITC Mouse Anti-Human TRA-1-60 Antigen solid line or FITC Mouse IgM, kappa Isotype Control clone G155-228, Cat. No. 553474, dashed line , incubated in the dark for 20 minutes at room temperature and analyzed by flow cytometry. Flow cytometry was performed on a BD FACSCalibur System.
