Flow cytometric analysis of intracellular mouse IgG3 on hybridoma cells. Permeabilized cells were stained with FITC Rat Anti-Mouse IgG3 Cat. No. 553403; solid line histogram or with FITC Rat IgG1, kappa Isotype Control Cat. No. 554688; dashed line histogram .
