Flow cytometric analysis of FoxP3 expressed on peripheral blood lymphocytes. Human peripheral blood mononuclear cells were stained with FITC Mouse Anti-Human CD4 Cat. No. 555346 and APC Mouse Anti-Human CD25 Cat. No. 555432 simultaneously. Cells were fixed and permeabilized see recommended assay procedure followed by intracellular staining with PE Mouse anti-Human FoxP3 Cat. No. 560046 . The two-color flow cytometric dot plots showing FoxP3 versus CD25 Left Panel or CD4 versus FoxP3 Right Panel expression patterns were derived from gated events with the light scattering characteristics of intact lymphocytes. Flow cytometry was performed using a BD FACSCalibur System. Flow cytometric analysis of FoxP3 expressed on peripheral blood lymphocytes.
