No. 553063/553064/561824 and either Pacific Blue Rat IgG2a, kappa Isotype Control Cat. No. 558109; Left Plot or Pacific Blue Rat Anti-Mouse CD4 Cat. No. 558107; Right Plot at 0.06 mug/test. The bivariate pseudocolor density plot showing the correlated expression of CD4 or Ig Isotype control staining versus CD3epsilon was derived from gated events with the forward and side light-scatter characteristics of intact leucocytes.
