Flow cytometric analysis of CD25 expression on PHA-stimulated human peripheral blood lymphocytes. Phytohemagglutinin-stimulated 3 days PBMCs were stained with either PE-Cy5 Mouse Anti-Human CD25 Cat. No. 555433/560988; solid line histogram or PE-Cy5 Mouse IgG1 kappa Isotype Control Cat. No. 555750; dashed line histogram . Fluorescent histograms were derived from gated events with the side and forward light-scattering characteristics of viable lymphocytes. Flow cytometry was carried out on a BD FACScan system.
