Flow cytometric analysis of CD45 expression on human peripheral blood lymphocytes. Human whole blood was stained with either PE-Cy7 Mouse IgG1, kappa Isotype Control Cat. No. 557872; dashed line histogram or PE-Cy7 Mouse Anti-Human CD45 antibody Cat. No. 557748/560915; solid line histogram . The erythrocytes were lysed with BD FACS Lysing Solution Cat. No. 349202 .
