Description

Two color flow cytometric analysis of FoxP1 expression in mouse thymocytes. Mouse thymocytes were stained with PerCP-Cy5.5 Hamster Anti-Mouse CD3e antibody Cat No. 561108 and fixed and permeabilized using the BD Pharmingen Transcription Factor Buffer Set Cat. No. 562574/562725 . The cells were then stained with either PE Mouse IgG2a, kappa Isotype Control Cat No. 554648, Left Panel or PE Mouse Anti-FoxP1 antibody Cat No. 564216; Right Panel . The flow cytometric dot plots show the correlated expression patterns of CD3 versus FoxP1 or IgG2a Isotype Control staining for gated events with the forward and side light-scatter characteristics of intact mouse thymocytes.
