Description

Flow cytometric analysis of BCMA CD269 expression on Human U266 cells. Cells from the Human U266 Myeloma, ATCC TIB-196 cell line were preincubated with Human BD Fc Block Cat. No. 564219/564220 and stained with either PE Mouse IgG1, kappa Isotype Control Cat. No. 554680; dashed line histogram or PE Mouse Anti-BCMA CD269 antibody Cat. No. 570546/570547; solid line histograms at 1 ug/test. DAPI 4,6-Diamidino-2-Phenylindole, Dihydrochloride Solution Cat. No. 564907 was added to cells right before analysis. The fluorescence histogram showing BCMA CD269 expression or Ig Isotype control staining was derived from gated events with the forward and side light-scatter characteristics of viable DAPI-negative cells.
