Description

Flow cytometric analysis of CCR7 CD197 on human peripheral blood lymphocytes. Whole blood was stained with BD Horizon BUV395 Mouse Anti-Human CD4 clone RPA-T4, Cat. No. 564724 , APC Mouse Anti-Human CD45RA clone HI100, Cat. No. 550855 or 561884 , and either PE Mouse IgG1, kappa Isotype Control Cat. No. 555749, Left Plot or PE Mouse Anti-Human CCR7 CD197 Cat. No. 566741 or 566742, Right Plot . The erythrocytes were lysed with BD PharmLyse Lysing Buffer Cat. No. 555899 . Two-color flow cytometric contour plots showing the correlated patterns of CD45RA versus CCR7 CD197 or Ig isotype control staining was derived from CD4-positive T cell gated events with the forward and side light-scatter characteristics of viable lymphocytes.
