Flow cyometric analysis of CD20 expression on human peripheral blood lymphocytes. Whole blood was stained with either PE Mouse Anti-Human CD20 Cat. No. 555623/556633/560961, solid line histogram or PE Mouse IgG2b kappa Isotype Control Cat. No. 555743, dashed line histogram . Erythrocytes were lysed with BD Pharm Lyse Lysing Buffer Cat. No. 349202 . Fluorescence histograms were derived from forward and side light-scatter characteristics of viable lymphocytes. Flow cytometry was performed on a BD FACScan Flow Cytometer System.
