Multicolor flow cytometric analysis of CD218a IL-18Ralpha expression on human peripheral blood lymphocytes. Human whole blood was stained with FITC Mouse Anti-Human CD8 Cat. No. 555366/557085/561947/561948; Left Panel and APC Mouse Anti-Human CD56 Cat. No. 555518; Right Panel antibodies and either PE Mouse IgG1 kappa Isotype Control Cat. No. 554680; Left Plots or PE Mouse Anti-Human CD218a IL-18Ralpha antibody Cat. No. 564675; Right Plots . The erythrocytes were lysed with BD Pharm Lyse Lysing Buffer Cat. No. 555899 . The two-color flow cytometric contour plots showing the correlated expression patterns of CD8 or CD56 versus CD218a IL-18Ralpha or Ig Isotype control staining were derived from gated events with the forward and side-light scattering characteristics of viable lymphocytes.
