Flow cytometric analysis of CD314 NKG2D expression on human peripheral blood lymphocytes. Whole blood was stained with either PE Mouse anti-Human CD314 NKG2D Cat. No. 557940/561815, filled histogram or PE Mouse IgG1, kappa Isotype Control Cat. No. 554680, dashed line histogram . Erythrocytes were lysed with BD FACS Lysing Solution Cat. No. 349202 . Fluorescent histograms were derived from gated events with the side and forward light-scatter characteristics of viable lymphocytes.
