Flow cytometric analysis of CD66 expression on peripheral blood granulocytes. Whole blood was stained with either PE Mouse Anti-Human CD66 Cat. No. 551480; solid line histogram , or PE Mouse IgG2a, kappa Isotype Control Cat. No. 555574; dashed line histogram . Erythrocytes were lysed with BD FACS Lysing Solution Cat. No. 349202 . The fluorescence histograms were derived from gated events with the forward and side light-scattering characteristics of viable granulocytes.
